		<description>Hm... I&#039;m fluent in English and, of course, German, and I speak enough Japanese to live over there and have friendly relationships with my neighbors. 

The next point would be my &quot;passive&quot; control of Dutch - which means I can understand WRITTEN Dutch, but I can neither understand spoken phrases nor can I actively take part in any form of discourse in Dutch. 

... and when it comes to French, well, I can ask for directions and buy goods in a supermarket without being completely lost.</description>
