Here in Colombia is the same (even worst). Actually I wouldn't mind all that mess if they just kept the original voices. I really hate the mexican voices in wish they put everything. So that's why I just rent films or buy them, to see what the actors were meant to say. The crowds are boring too...so that's another issue...
